Sample Development Process:

  • 1. Share Your Requirements: Provide us with your tech pack, color schemes, material preferences, and sizing specifications to receive a detailed cost estimate.
  • 2. Start Sampling: Sampling begins as soon as the sample payment is received.
  • 3. Prototype Refinement: We develop and adjust prototypes until they align precisely with your requirements.
  • 4. Approval & Confirmation: Once the final samples meet your approval, we proceed with the production phase.

Production Process:

  • 1. Advance Deposit: Production begins after a 50% deposit is made.
  • 2. Manufacturing Process: Our team oversees every stage—cutting, stitching, trimming, pressing, and packing.
  • 3. Quality Assurance: We encourage your inspection prior to shipping for complete satisfaction.
  • 4. Final Payment & Shipping: The remaining 50% balance is due before dispatch.
